標高3000mの山を乗馬で登ったときの景色がとても綺麗でした。

The view while riding up a 3,000-meter-high mountain on horseback was breathtaking.

毎食たくさんの料理が出てきて、食事の時間になるのが楽しみでした。全てとてもおいしかったです。

Every meal was plentiful, and I looked forward to each mealtime. Everything was delicious.

乗馬 Horseback： ☆☆☆☆☆

よくいうことを聞いてくれてとても可愛かったです。馬方さんも、乗馬中の監督をしてくれるだけでなく、馬装の仕方についても教えてくれました。速歩や駈歩もすることができて、本当に楽しかったです。

The horses listened well and were very cute. The horsemen not only supervised during the ride but also taught me how to tack up. I could even try trotting and cantering, which was truly enjoyable.

全てにおいて良かったです。食事、乗馬、滞在先、ガイドの対応etc…また参加したいと強く思いました。

ヌリヤさんのホスピタリティは素晴らしいです。とても頼りにしていました。滞在中、何回ヌリヤさんの名前を呼んだことか…笑 実際のツアー旅程の他に、色んなことを体験させてもらいました。また、馬方さんたちもとても優しく、親切にして頂きました。テントの設営と片付けをしてもらい、また乗馬中も色々と気遣ってくれました。

Nuriya’s hospitality was outstanding, and I relied on her a lot. I must have called her name countless times during the stay… haha. Beyond the planned itinerary, I experienced many other things. The horsemen were also very kind and helpful—setting up and taking down tents and being attentive throughout the horseback riding.

大変満足です。部屋にコップと湯沸かし器があるか、または食堂で24時間お湯がもらえて飲み物が飲めるサービスがあるともっと良いです。
Very satisfied. It would be even better if the room had cups and a kettle, or if hot water was available 24 hours at the dining area for drinks.

ツアー全体Tour： ☆☆☆☆☆
ツァープランの作り込みから、こちらの希望を十分に織り込んでいただき、その過程のやり取りが秀逸で安心感が大でありました。シニアの体力に見合う日程や食事など、気配りが行き届いていました。乗馬ツァーが主体の御社なので、宿泊場所に対する感覚的なギャップは多少あるかもしれません。今後の乗馬以外のツァーの参考になればと思います。
The tour plan was carefully crafted, fully incorporating my requests, and the communication process gave me great reassurance. The itinerary and meals were tailored to the stamina of seniors. Since your company mainly focuses on horseback tours, there may be some perceptual gaps regarding accommodations, but I hope this feedback will be useful for future non-riding tours.
