The horse listened to me well and was so cute. The horsemen not only supervised us while riding but also taught me how to tack up. I got to trot and canter too, and it was really fun.

Nuriya’s hospitality is wonderful. I relied on her a lot. I lost count of how many times I called her name during my stay… lol. Besides the actual tour itinerary, she let me experience all sorts of things. The horsemen were also very gentle and kind to us. They set up and took down the tents, and looked out for us in many ways while we were riding.
Message: Before the tour, I exchanged messages with Sugiura. She answered my detailed questions and concerns very carefully. Thanks to that, I was able to start the tour without any worries and enjoy it to the fullest. I definitely want to join again. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

Very satisfied. It would be even better if there were cups and a kettle in the room, or a service where you could get hot water for drinks in the dining room 24 hours a day.

Nights 1–2: Good atmosphere, food and hospitality
Room for improvement: the shower/toilet booth was cramped (maybe only in the triple room), and water leaked outside the booth
Night 3: Good atmosphere and hospitality
Room for improvement: when three people showered in a row, the hot water ran out (tank capacity)
Night 4: Neither good nor bad
Night 5: Satisfied overall

From the careful planning of the tour itinerary, you fully incorporated our wishes, and the communication throughout that process was excellent and very reassuring. You paid close attention to everything, including a schedule and meals suited to seniors’ stamina. Since your company focuses mainly on horse riding tours, there may be some gap in expectations regarding accommodation. I hope this helps for your non-riding tours in the future.
